先在应用内零元领取 7 天试用，或购买年订阅／终身版，再在目标设备的空白文字框中测试并确认输入目的地。试用到期不自动扣费。目标设备无需安装接收应用，也无需 KeyRoam 账号。兼容性因设备与系统而异。

怎样立即返回 Mac？

点击“暂停控制”。默认连续按两次左 Option 也可暂停，设置可修改暂停方式；Control + Option + Command + Esc 可立即暂停。开启远端鼠标时，按住 Control + Option 可临时操作 Mac，释放相关键和鼠标后可恢复。

关闭控制小窗会停止捕获并保留蓝牙连接。通过控制菜单或菜单栏重新打开时仍保持暂停，点击“继续控制”或使用配置的设备连接快捷键恢复。暂停手势不是全局恢复键。文字键的长按或连按暂停可能在触发前发送字符，请谨慎设置。

为什么自动暂停？

默认启用“点击本机即暂停”：点击本机其他窗口或桌面时暂停，蓝牙连接保留。可在“设置 → 暂停控制”选择“关闭”，改为手动暂停。远端鼠标点击及小窗内部操作不会触发自动暂停。开启远端鼠标时，按住 Control + Option 可临时操作本机；暂停后可在小窗或通过设备连接快捷键继续控制。

iPhone 输入语言或指针怎么设置？

控制激活时可尝试 Control + Space 切换 iPhone 已添加的键盘。输入语言与硬件键盘布局由目标设备决定，Mac 当前输入法不等于目标输入法。如未生效，确认未暂停并检查 Mac 是否占用相同快捷键。第三方输入法行为可能不同。

在 iPhone 上使用鼠标，需开启“辅助触控”：设置 → 无障碍（辅助功能）→ 触控 → 辅助触控。键盘输入无需开启。找不到时，可在 iPhone“设置”中搜索“辅助触控”。还需开启控制小窗的“鼠标与触控板”。iPad 通常无需开启辅助触控。鼠标转发不提供原生多指触控板手势。

连接失败或媒体键持续触发怎么办？

先暂停并断开，用目标设备自身的控制确认输入或音量已停止，再重连。检查蓝牙、距离、权限与其他键鼠转发工具冲突。不要首先删除配对、清空偏好或重置系统权限。

仍有问题时，提供两端型号和系统、应用版本、问题时间与复现步骤。日志或截图先脱敏，不发送密码、付款资料或键入正文。

如何购买、恢复、取消或退款？

在应用内通过 Apple 零元领取 7 天试用，即可体验全部功能。试用从首次领取时开始，到期不自动扣费，也不会自动转为订阅；如需继续使用，请自行选择年订阅或终身买断。没有永久免费的远程控制功能。

年订阅仅在你主动购买后收费，并按年自动续订，除非取消，不再额外赠送试用。终身买断只付费一次，无自动续费。两者解锁相同完整功能，价格以 Apple 购买确认页为准。

使用领取或购买时的 Apple 账户恢复购买。恢复试用会沿用首次领取的到期时间，删除重装不会重新开始 7 天。终身买断为一次性购买，不会自动取消已有年订阅；订阅管理及退款申请请通过 Apple 处理。没有有效权益时，仍可查看设置、管理设备与购买，并暂停、断开和释放输入。

移出设备会删除数据吗？

移出列表只隐藏设备并保留速度、快捷键等偏好，重新添加可恢复。它不移除系统蓝牙配对，也不清空本地记录。卸载不保证删除偏好、日志或 Apple 购买记录。需要清理本地偏好时，请联系支持取得适合当前发行版本的指引。

How do I get started?

Use macOS 14 or later and a receiver with the applicable Bluetooth HID support. Enable Bluetooth on both devices and grant the requested Bluetooth and Accessibility access. Choose Add Device → Pair New Device, use the system pairing interface and personally verify the codes, then add and connect the receiver.

Claim the free 7-day trial in the app, or buy annual or lifetime access. Then test in a blank field on the receiver and confirm the destination. The trial ends without an automatic charge. No receiver app or KeyRoam account is needed. Compatibility varies by device and system.

How do I return to my Mac immediately?

Click Pause Control. By default, pressing and releasing left Option twice in quick succession also pauses; change the gesture in settings. Control + Option + Command + Esc pauses immediately. With remote pointer control enabled, hold Control + Option to operate the Mac temporarily; releasing the relevant keys and mouse can resume remote control.

Closing the control panel stops capture while retaining Bluetooth. Reopen it from the Control menu or menu bar; it stays paused until you click Continue Control or invoke a configured device connection shortcut. A pause gesture is not a global resume key. A typing key assigned to long-press or repeated-press pause may send characters before triggering; choose carefully.

Why does control pause automatically?

Pause on Local Click is on by default: clicking another window or the desktop on this Mac pauses control while keeping Bluetooth connected. Choose Off in Settings → Pause Control to pause manually. Remote mouse clicks and actions inside the control panel do not trigger automatic pause. With remote pointer control enabled, hold Control + Option to use this Mac temporarily. Resume from the panel or your configured device connection shortcut.

How do iPhone languages and pointer control work?

While control is active, try Control + Space to cycle keyboards added on iPhone. The receiver's language and hardware keyboard layout determine the result, rather than the Mac's current input method. If it does not work, confirm control is active and check for a conflicting Mac shortcut. Third-party keyboards may differ.

To use a mouse on iPhone, turn on AssistiveTouch in Settings → Accessibility → Touch → AssistiveTouch. Keyboard input does not require it. If you can’t find it, search for “AssistiveTouch” in iPhone Settings. Also enable Mouse & Trackpad in the control panel. iPad usually does not require AssistiveTouch. Forwarded mouse input does not provide native multitouch trackpad gestures.

What if connection fails or a media key stays active?

Pause and disconnect first. Use the receiver's own controls to confirm typing or volume changes have stopped before reconnecting. Check Bluetooth, distance, permissions and conflicts with other input-forwarding tools. Do not start by deleting pairings, clearing preferences or resetting permissions.

For persistent issues, provide device models and OS versions on both sides, app version, time and reproduction steps. Redact logs and screenshots first. Do not send passwords, payment details or typed private content.

How do I buy, restore, cancel or request a refund?

Claim the free 7-day trial through Apple in the app to try all features. It starts when first claimed, never renews or charges automatically, and does not convert to a subscription. When it ends, choose an annual subscription or lifetime purchase to continue. There is no permanent free remote-control tier.

Annual is charged only when you explicitly purchase it and renews yearly unless canceled, with no extra trial. Lifetime is one payment with no automatic renewal. Both unlock the same full features; Apple confirms the price.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to claim or buy access. Restoring the trial keeps its original deadline; reinstalling does not start another 7 days. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not cancel an existing annual subscription. Manage subscriptions and request refunds through Apple. Without active access, settings, device and purchase management, pause, disconnect and input release remain available.

Does removing a device delete its data?

Removing it from the list hides it and retains settings such as speeds and shortcuts for later use. It does not remove the system Bluetooth pairing or clear local records. Uninstalling does not guarantee removal of preferences, logs or Apple purchase records. Contact support for local-preference cleanup guidance appropriate to your release.
